Fig is harvested from the trees in a good ripe point to ensure that fig arrives for the customer ready to eat. .

Frozen Figs
The fig, after ripening, is removed from the trees and packed in plastic boxes and sent to our cold storages, where they freeze and are kept at a temperature of -15 degrees C. Really good for sweets and recipes.
Green Figs for Sweet
Green figs at the end of the harvest (not ready to eat) are destined for the specialized industries that prepare them to become the most delicious sweets.
